How to order Seminar Replay:

There's 2 easy ways to order Seminar Replay (only $250 per campaign): 

1: Add it when you place your order by selecting the Seminar Replay check box on the order form

2: Click the "Upgrade" button inside your Trailmap event overview

What we need from you:

Implementing Seminar Replay is easy. All we need to get started is... 

• A recording of your seminar (most advisors record on Zoom) 
• Your Call to Action (we suggest Calendly or a similar scheduling tool) 

A few more details:

Steep is not able to edit your Seminar Replay video. We'll use exactly what you send to us. 

You are responsible for your own compliance, so please be sure your video has been reviewed before you send it to Steep. 

The Seminar Replay emails cannot be edited. 

Seminar Replay is an email only campaign - it does not include calls or texts. 

You will need to log into Trailmap after the event to select who you want to get the Seminar Replay emails.

What do all the stats mean?

Households: This is the total number of households who are enrolled in Seminar Replay. 

Open: This is the total number of times that your Seminar Replay landing page has been opened. 

Unique Opens: This is the number of unique opens for your Seminar Replay landing page. (ie: how many households have opened the emails)

Schedule Clicks: This is the total number of times that your scheduling link has been clicked. 

Unique Schedule Clicks: This is the number of unique clicks to your scheduling link. (ie: how many households have clicked your schedule link)

Avg Duration: This is the average amount of time someone has spent watching your Seminar Replay video. 

*Note: Do not send the general replay link to individuals - as it will not track activity and record any stats.

5. HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR SEMINAR REPLAY VIDEO TO WE TRANSFER

Will everyone get Seminar Replay?

No! You can select who you want to go into the Seminar Replay sequence. (See video #2)

FAQs

Can I edit the emails?

No. These emails have been crafted to be approved by most compliances. This allows for a quick turn around and consistent messaging.

Can I do Seminar Replay for The Psychology of Retirement?

Yes. Though this will be a recording of your seminar, not a replay of the movie.

Can I export my Seminar Replay stats?

Currently, this feature is unavailable.

Will there be subtitles on my video?

Yes! Viewers will be able to select CC through the video player on Seminar Replay.
