1. 3-hour auditorium rental

3. Valid Monday - Wednesday
4. One (1) table and two (2) chairs for registration
5. Up to 100 seats
6. Executive Producer Trailer ingestion/playback
Additional customizations available:
1. Additional time: $500/hour
2. Pre-purchased concessions available upon request
3. Additional tables/chairs at check-in: $25/each
4. Request for larger auditorium
5. Weekend requests (Thursday - Sunday)
6. Executive Producers: $50 ingest/testing fee for their personalized trailer (originally $330)

Steep has worked with AMC to waive the Movie Ingestion/ Playback fee and a drastically reduced fee for Executive Producer Trailer ingest fee!
Important Information:
1. The movie cannot be started and stopped on demand as it's pre-programmed.
2. Please inform us if a separate thumb drive with a trailer is provided. It must be delivered at least 7 days prior and an additional ingestion fee will be applied.
3. Please provide a detailed show flow as lighting will be preprogrammed into the projector. Theater staff is not in the booth for on demand lighting.
Laptop Option:
1. The option to show any content or play music via laptop is not available at AMC theaters.
