We have worked with Cinemark directly to set up a seamless as possible experience for you. Please fill out the form on their website. When you enter 'The Psychology of Retirment' as the film title, their team knows how to help you!

Please Note: Steep has worked to negotiate special pricing and services with various theater chains to help serve our advisors. However advisors and their staff are responsible to work with their local theaters on securing facility rentals. Steep is not able to work directly with the theater on rental agreements.

Current Pricing^*

A Private Screening of the film includes a 90-minute time block plus complimentary auditorium access 30 minutes prior to your start time. Auditorium capacity varies by theatre, with no more than 100 seats provided.
**Events now include an on-site technician to assist with any custom content needs.

$700 Monday - Wednesday
$900 Thursday - Sunday

+$150 for each additional 25 seats.

*Price excludes tax, where applicable. Blackout dates apply, dependent on new movie release schedules. Requests for extra auditorium time or more than 100 seats will incur additional rental fees as noted below.

2. On-screen slide before/after the film $75
   - Client to provide 3-weeks prior to the film
3. Pre-roll short video to play before/after the film $250
   - Client to provide 3-weeks prior to the film (this is to create the DCP)
   - Executive Producer DCP Trailer $100
   - Pre-roll can be played via PC laptop only, with an HDMI port $200
4. Music before the movie $200
   - Subject to theater availability, please ask Tiffany if available
5. Prepaid discounted concessions (combo of popcorn and soda) ordered at least 2 weeks before the event
   - Small $7.25
   - Medium $9.25
   - Large $10.25
6. Executive Producers: $75 ingest/testing fee for their personalized trailer (originally $400). Need to coordinate with the General Manager 5 days before the event for testing.

Things to know...

• They do not have AV rental available, so bring your own PA system with speakers to play music beforehand
• They do not offer designated concessions links for private events
• If you take advantage of the prepaid, discount concessions, you will be sent vouchers that your guests can redeem at the concession stand for their prepaid item(s).
• One (1) microphone will be available at the front of the auditorium for you (your projectionist for the night should help you with this!)
• The movie will play in its entirety and the lights will go on after the credits are done
