However advisors and their staff are responsible to work with their local theaters on securing facility rentals. Steep is not able to work directly with the theater on rental agreements.

Option A: Premier Cut Package
Premier Cut Client Provided Film Package Includes: Auditorium room rental for 3 hours, Client-provided DCP ingestion and playback, Projectionist to run DCP file as programmed. Two (2) tables, two (2) chairs, two (2) linens, Audio PA System with 1 microphone OR use of in-house microphone to address attendees. Price valid for auditorium 300 seats or less.

Weekday (Mon – Thurs): $2,625
Weekend (Fri – Sun): $3,425

Option B: Basic Cut Package
Basic Cut Client Provided Film Package Includes:
Base Room Rental (3 hours), DCP file ingestion and
playback, Projectionist to run DCP file as programmed.
Price valid for auditorium 300 seats or less. NOTE: 

Weekday (Mon – Thurs): $1,725
Weekend (Fri – Sun): $2,525

*Additional $800 for auditorium that seats 300-400
*Additional $1,200 for auditorium that seats 400+
*If you need more than 3 hours in the auditorium, the additional rental times varies from $350-$825 per hour depending on the theater size.
