THE GOAL IS TO HELP PROTECT THE BRAND INTEGRITY

as it relates to its usage by Executive Producers in their media. By working together and following these guidelines, we’ll be able to protect the collective interests of our clients who are vested in this program’s overall success. These guidelines also allow us to minimize conflicts in markets with multiple Executive Producers.

Guidelines

Seminar and Watch Party Promotion
Advisors are welcome to use their radio and/or television media to promote any showing of The Psychology of Retirement that’s supported by Steep Digital Marketing. If you have a paid campaign scheduled with Steep (including: public theater event, public watch party, or a client event organized through Steep), you’re welcome to promote those events through radio and television at no additional cost so long as the remainder of the terms in these guidelines are also met. 

Advertising Submission
Executive Producers who wish to promote their Steep events on radio and/or television need to submit their proposed advertising to Steep for review before they air. We will turn these requests around in 3 business days or less, please account for this review time when making your media plans. 

Executive Producer Reference
We ask that all Executive Producers refer to themselves as “an Executive Producer” or “one of the Executive Producers” in all mass media. This is important in that if two Executive Producers reference their involvement in the film, it does not cause confusion if they encounter another Executive Producer’s media making the same claim. 

Local TV and Radio
Executive Producers are only allowed to use local radio and/or television to promote their Steep events. This excludes national television or radio. The intent is that Executive Producers will promote events in the same market as their exclusive territory. 

Lead Generation
At this time Executive Producers are not permitted to use radio and/or television to promote lead generation for the movie using Streaming Gift Cards. Please limit your submitted media to promotions about local events only. 

Non Executive Producers
Non Executive Producers are prohibited from using media to promote their events without permission. Permission to use media will be contingent on a $1,500 monthly media fee only if there are no Executive Producers in the area of your media coverage. Reach out to your Success Coach if you’re interested in checking territory availability and purchasing media rights.
